Horizon Broadband and Security Systems better known as HBSS is a CCTV and Broadband Services provider based in  Dominican Road, Shrine Hills in Davao City.  We provide CCTV service to people in in Davao City and the rest of Region 11. We currently have 5 years of experience. Horizon Broadband and Security System was incorporated in late 2016 as spin off company of Homechannel Network, a cable television provider in Davao City for over 15 years.

HBSS is run by highly experienced staff who has many years of experience in Video and Wired and Wireless Services brought by their experience with Cable Television.  .

HBSS is currently offering new service based CCTV process called Surveillance as a Service.  We offer subscription based services that covers, installation of updated technology,  maintenance, service and Internet services. All of this for a low subscription fee!
