The minimum subscription length is 2 years. The maximum is 5 years.

At the end of the subscription period, our client is given the choice to renew their contract with HBSS or do an upgrade with their CCTV package when upgrade is available OR purchase their existing package for P1. Yes, ONE PESO!

The requirements are the following: signed offer sheet, contract signed by both parties and notarized, filled up HBSS application form, and one-time installation fee.

For multiple branch businesses, we have what we call “Proof of Concept” wherein the business owners can have a 1-month free trial period to appreciate the system.

Clients will only have to pay for a one-time installation fee which includes labor and materials to be used.

Definitely! Replacement of defective cameras or DVRs is COVERED in your monthly service fee.
